You may have realized by now that developers love serverless. This is because they can test their code much more quickly.

The simplest way is "You may have realized by now that developers love serverless because they can test their code much more quickly.".

I am looking for a two sentence version. Is it possible ?

Why? One sentence is enough to say what you want to say.
One sentence is perfect and nice and I will use it. I am curious to see if we can say the same in two sentences because I like shorter sentences.

Why don't you want to use This is because?
Grammarly is flagging "This" as "Unclear antecedent". In fact it is always flagging when second sentence begins with this

It is not unclear, I suspect that Grammarly is flagging it as a possibly unclear antecedent.

In your original two-sentence text, This is just about as clear as it gets.
