Which sentence is correct?

Sentence1:
I am known as a hard working person and able to work independently.
Sentence2:
I am known as hard working and able to work independently.
Sentence3:
I am known as a hard working person and am able to work independently.
Sentence4:
I am known as hard working and am able to work independently.

You are changing the meaning from a general comment about the person's abilities to a comparison against a known group - there is no such reference - and as well as inventing the group, you are making assumptions about the abilities of the others.
