Dear Sir,

Can I say "I am so happiness"?
How about "She is so happiness with her friends"?

As I checked in google, it shows me happiness is a noun.
So I feel that it is not right to use that word.

Please advise.

No. You could say "she feels happiness", it would be grammatical and a context could be found for it.

She feels happiness when playing with her friends?

You could say that, but it's much more natural to say "She feels happy when [she's] playing with her friends" or "She is happy when [she's] playing with her friends".
