No. The first sentence is fine. The second sentence does not need "out". In the third sentence "helpless" is wrong. Did you mean "understaffed"? In the fourth sentence, "doing such a job" should be deleted. In the entire posting, spaces are needed between sentences.

If you mean "not able to do anything without help" then I can't figure out what you try to say.
"You're busy and helpless" doesn't make any sense for me.

If someone was truly helpless, I would not want them to take time out of their day to help me. It sounds to me as if their "help" would probably cause more work than it saved.

"Helpless" implies a sort of pitiable condition. Someone who literally can not do anything without someone to help them.

I think you are trying to say that the person is really busy and does not have any assistants or colleagues to help him.

This is quite different from saying that someone is "helpless."
