I can do it. (active voice, it means : i have the ability to do it)
It can be done by me(passive voice, it means: It is possible to do it)

Since the meaning changed I was confused. Did I convert to passive successfully?

It is a correct passive sentence, but have you got a good reason to use the passive? The active sounds far more natural, and could cover ability, possibility or permission- the context would make the intended meaning clearer.

It can be done by me(passive voice, it means: It is possible to do it)
No, it means "It is possible for me to do it", which is a different thing.

Converting active sentences into passive sentences as an exercise without having a reason for doing it often fails to produce natural or viable results.
