1.I can not do work sitting alone in room.
2.I can not work sitting alone in room.

Neither is grammatical, and the meaning is unclear. Can you say the same thing using different words please?

Note the difference between:

1. I cannot work
2. I can not work

(1) means that it is not possible for me to work.
(2), with not stressed in speech, means that it is possible for me not to work.

Do you mean "I can't work [if I'm] sitting alone in a room"?
