1. I felt stuffy because she can’t speak Korean well.
2. I was frustrated because she couldn't speak Korean.

Does "stuffy" make sense in No 1?
Does it only have the following two meanings or "frustrated" as well?

  • 1. disapproval Stuffy people or institutions are formal and old-fashioned.
  • 2. If it is stuffy in a place, it is unpleasantly warm and there is not enough fresh air.

It was just a wild guess. As a non-native speaker, it could happen. I think you meant it doesn't make sense.

Try:

I felt frustrated because I couldn't understand her very well.
