[Vocabulary] I felt that/him

I'd like to ask a question. I am confused about using the word 'feel'. Are all these sentences correct? I want to say that someone touched my hair and I felt that.

1. I felt him touched my hair.
2. I felt him touching my hair.
3. I felt that he touched my hair.

Do these mean the same if they are correct?

2 and 3 are OK. I prefer 2.

2. is correct.
3. is potentially a little confusing, because it is not clear whether you are using "feel" in its sense of a physical sensation, or its other meaning of an emotional sense [for example, "I felt that he liked me a lot"]. So, the sentence could mean that you weren't absolutely sure whether or not he had touched your hair, but you considered that he had.

The other, simplest, sentence you could use would be: "I felt him touch my hair".
