I finished my coffee a little while ago; now if somebody offer me a cup of coffee then can I reply as below-

I just had coffee.

Native speakers wouldn't say that.

Suniljain, just a gentle reminder that you need an "s" at the end of "offer."
 
In standard everyday English, we don't "take" coffee (or tea, or orange juice). It's a common error by some learners because in many other languages, the equivalent of "take" is exactly the right word!

We occasionally use "take a drink" when referring to alcohol but I don't think it's worth your learning it. If you stick with "have" when referring to drinks, you almost certainly won't be wrong.
