I get angry at the absurdity of a situation.

Is above sentence grammatically correct ?

Can I replace the verb "get" by the past tense "got"

Is the above sentence grammatically correct? No space.

Can I replace the verb "get" by the past tense "got"
? Yes.
They're both grammatical, but neither is natural.

Changing the a to the would make it something someone would be more likely to say.
