Hello.
Could you please tell me if the following sentences are correct?

1) I got the job done.
2) I had the job done.
3) I made the job done.
4) I let the job done.
 
1 and 2 are possible depending on the context. Do you have any?

3 and 4 are incorrect
 
You have to tell us what you mean. How can we help you say what you mean if you don't tell us? It's not much good just giving us four options and asking us whether they're correct.

Could you please tell me if the rewritten sentences below are OK?

1) I got the job done. I persuaded Tom to do the job for me.
2) I had the job done. I asked Ben to do the job for me.
 
1) I got the job done. I persuaded Tom to do the job for me.

Try:

I got Tom to do the job.

(Persuading somebody to do something is only half the battle.)
