I graduated/have graduated from the university

I'd like to know the opinion of native speakers about these two sentences:

- I graduated from the university
- I have graduated from the university

Are they interchangeable?

I know all the rules about Past Simple and Present Persect. I am just interested in these examples.

Neither one is a sentence. They lack full stops (periods). Even if they were correct they would be unnatural as standalone sentences.

Tense names are not capitalized. The past simple and present perfect convey different information. They are rarely interchangeable.

We normally graduate only when we leave university with a bachelor's degree in Britain. We don't therefore say that we graduated 'from (a/the) university'.

We do in American English though.
