Could you tell me plaese your opinion aboit these sentences:

I guided to the customer to reset his phone.
I guided the customer to reset his phone.
I guided customer to reset his phone.

The word "guided" doesn't work there. Try:

I showed the customer how to reset his phone.
 
Before we offer more suggestions, we need to know exactly what you mean.

1) Are you talking about talking to a customer on a phone line or in person?

2) Do you mean you gave all the instructions before the customer started following them, or do you mean you gave the instructions while the customer was following them?

I gave all the intructions or steps while the customer was following them on the phone.
