Situation:
Mary was supposed to have a date with Tom.
Mary got to Hyde Park at 9:00 a.m.
Tom got there at 11:03 a.m.

In the situation above, is it possible for Mary to say "I have been waiting for you for two hours."?

It's possible, but she'd probably say 'I've been waiting for you for over two hours'.

I don't think Mary would wait that long. :)

Tom needs to buck his ideas up!
