Is there a difference in meaning between the following sentences?

1.
I have pizza for dinner.
or
2. I had pizzas for dinner.

Would there be a difference?
Welcome to the forum. Please note that I have improved your thread title and the layout of your post. Please check your member profile - your post doesn't look like something a native English speaker would write. Also, your digital footprint makes it clear that your current location is not the United States. We expect our members to give truthful information in their profile.

There are two main differences between those sentences:
- The first uses the present tense "have" and the second uses the simple past "had".
- The first uses the singular "pizza" and the second uses the plural "pizzas".

On that basis alone, you should be able to work out that they don't mean the same.
