[General] I have no stomach for swimming

Hi.

If I don't like swimming and I don't want to swimming. Let's say, someone asks me to swim. Is it natural to say "I have no stomach for swimming?".
 
Have no stomach is usually used with doing something unpleasant requiring a lot of guts. I don't think it is appropriate to apply that to swimming.

How about I don't care for/can't stand swimming?

I don't see any need to be so dramatic in your response to a simple question.
