I have ran out of my emotional limits.

Is "ran" correct in above sentence? As per me it should be "run" as we use 3rd form of verb with "have". Please clarify

It should be 'run'. However, the sentence makes little sense to me, even with the correction. Where did you see/hear it?

I read it in an email. Someone has written this while leaving/exiting some social groups as he was disturbed with trolling.

Is "exiting" the right word?

How about reached/gone beyond?

I couldn't follow. Do you mean that we can replace leaving/exiting with reached/gone beyond?

I take it to mean that we can replace "run out of" with "reached/gone beyond".

To be clear: run out of is the wrong word choice. It should be reached.
