Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

I have received balance, and I will respond you as soon as dad arrives home.

Note: My sister asked me, " Did you receive balance? and if dad comes home then don't forget to reply me".

My response:


I have received balance, and I will respond you as soon as dad arrives home.

Do you mean received the balance (= money that completes the payment)? I don't see the connection between the two parts, though.
 
She should say "don't forget to reply to me."
 
I have no idea why the OP has "disagreed" with the last post which is absolutely correct. The reply should read "respond to​ you" too.
