Each day before the weekend, the host of our English club starts an online English club. Last time I joined them and talked with them. However, tonight I felt a bit tired and I just wanted to listen. So when I joined them, they asked me to speak and I said the following two sentences:

a) I just want to listen tonight.
b) I just want to be an audience tonight.

Are they both natural?

The first is OK. The second would work if you said a member of the audience tonight. I'd also give the reason.

Each day before the weekend,

Do you mean "Every Friday"?

the host of our English club starts an online English club.

I'm pretty sure they don't. That would involve starting from scratch every week - creating a whole new club, with a new name, new venue, new members etc.

Last time

Do you mean "Last week", given that you've said this is a weekly event?

Yes to your first and third questions, emsr2d2.

And yes to your comments of the second line. It should be "started our online conversation".
