I would like to know if it is possible to replace the gerund with "To" in the following sentences...

"I like reading books about history."
"I like to read books about history."

"I love talking about my life."
"I love to talk about my life."

I would like to know if it is possible to replace the gerund with "to + infinitive" in the following sentences.

"I like reading books about history."
"I like to read books about history."

"I love talking about my life."
"I love to talk about my life."

All four sentences are grammatically correct.

In British English, we sometimes make a distintion between general and specific likes:

I like cutting the lawn.
I like to cut the lawn when it has rained.

However, as Emsr2d2 says, all of your sentences are fine.
