I'm not happy today. I met a red hair guest.

On this website, the author says “a red hair guest” means “a guest who had a bad temper”. Is it true? If it’s true, is this usage common?

You probably mean a red-hairED guest.

I think I read somewhere that there's a stereotype that red-haired people are hot-tempered. Perhaps that's what the author means.

Various Chinese sites, such as this one, mention the 'red hair guest'.
