I wrote the sentences.

- I need to set up my laptop for using the Internet.
- I need to set up my laptop to use the Internet.
- I need to set up my laptop for the use of the Internet.

Which one(s) is/are idiomatic/natural?

What do you mean by "set up"? We set up a laptop when we first get it out of the box and get it ready to use, whether that's for the internet or something else.

If your laptop is already up and running and you just want to get on the net with it, say something like "I need to connect [my laptop] to the internet".
