I think I need to protect the environment so almost ten years ago, I began to pick up litter along the roads and streets. Sometimes I pick up buckets like the following picture:

This is for five liter edible oil like peanut oil, and I also pick up smallers one because I want to sell them for money. I wrote:

I pick up secondhand buckets and sell them to exchange for money.

Please help me with a natural version of my sentence.

I pick up used plastic bottles and sell them.

Buckets are cylindrical-shaped and are open at the top. Containers with a small capped opening at the top are called bottles. "For money" is redundant.

See above. You don't need "for money" once you've used "sell".

There is a handle, attached to the neck.

A jug usually has a lip or a spout for pouring liquid but larger wine bottles without that are also called jugs.
