I met a man at an English club meeting called Jeff a few years ago and he added me on his WeChat (instant messaging app) but later he unfriended me. Then he disappeared totally. Yesterday I saw him in a remote district because I went there for a job interview. He asked my name and I said "Silver" and he shouted "I know you, I know you" and he left. I was super confused and I left too because I was in a hurry. This Sunday I decide to talk to him in person because I later knew that he is running a bar there and there will be an English club meeting in his bar. I think the first thing I will say to him is:

I think there must have been some misunderstandings between us. Shall we talk about this for a while?

Jeff was a regular participant of a local English club in my neighborhood but later a woman reported to me that he, Jeff, asked this woman for an outing, which turned out to be sexual harrassment. Then Jeff left the place. I think it is this reason. However, that was just what the woman said, I never listened to what Jeff said, therefore, I said the above sentence.

Is my request natural?

You need to rewrite the opening. I'm certain that the English club meeting wasn't called Jeff!
I met a man called Jeff at an English club meeting a few years ago and he added me on...,

Is the above opening better? I think the sentence isn't natural at all. How about the new attempts?

a) Why did you unfriend me on WeChat?
b) Why did you remove me from WeChat?

Are they both natural?

WeChat is an instant messaging app.

Yesterday, I saw him in a remote district because I went there for a job interview bumped into him in a different part of town. He asked my name. and I said "Silver" and he shouted "I know you, I know you" and he left. I was super very confused! and I left too because I was in a hurry. This doesn't make sense given the context you gave us later (the context should have come first). You'd know if you'd had a misunderstanding with this man - that would mean that you've directly had an argument or disagreement of some kind with him, or at least a conversation that you now think he took the wrong way. There's no suggestion of that. I wouldn't be inclined to go and see him in another bar but if I had to, I'd say something like "Hey! I just wondered why you left so fast when I bumped into you the other day. Everything OK?"
Jeff was used to be a regular participant of a local English club in my neighborhood. but later A woman reported to told me that he, Jeff had asked this woman for an outing her on a date, which turned out to be sexual harrassment on which he sexually harassed her. Then After that, Jeff left the place the club. I think it what the woman told me is this reason. However, that was just what the woman said, I've never listened heard to what Jeff's side of the story. said,

therefore, I said the above sentence.
I don't understand this part at all.
Is my request natural?
No. See above.
