I was reading the questions on IELTS speaking tests and I saw "What kind of clothes do you like to wear?" My answer is "I usually wear sportswear because I derive a sense of vitality from wearing them".

I don't think it's natural enough because of using "wear" three times. Please help me with a better version.

I usually wear sports attire, from which I derive a sense of vitality.

You could avoid half the problem by using "sports clothes" or "sports gear" instead of "sportswear". Also, in general everyday conversation (rather than in an exam), you don't have to bother with "I usually wear".

Q: What style of clothes do you like to wear?
A: Sports clothes - they make me feel energetic!
