[Vocabulary] I will have a baby in June - to be pregnant or give a birth to?

I will have a baby in June.

Does it mean I will be pregnant or give a birth to ?
 
Without more context, I would take it to mean give birth, though am having/going to have sound more natural to me.
 
Even more natural to me would be, "My baby is due in June".
