What's the difference between the two following sentences? Are they both correct?

1- I will play in the garden till 5 A.M.

2- I will be playing in the garden till 5 A.M.

The difference is that they use two different tenses. They are both grammatically correct. It's unusual for people to play in the garden all night but whatever floats your boat!
