I wish it would stop raining.
We use this kind of phrases to show that we want something to happen however if we extend the sentence do we need to continue with "would"? Like "I wish he would fall in the river and would be eaten by a crocodile(it was in a discovery channel show. It was said in sarcasm by the hist)" or do I need to say ""I wish he would fall in the river and get eaten by a crocodile"? I mean do we need to use "would" in the second part of the sentence or not?
