Thank you for saving my life from the wildfire. I would not make it out of the house if you did not dash back to the house.

Is "I would not make it out of the house" correct?
 
No, I would say, "I would not have got out of the house if you did not dash in to rescue me".

What do you mean by "make it out"?
 
To avoid the repetition of "the house", you could use one of these:

I wouldn't have made it out if you hadn't dashed back into the house.
I wouldn't have made it out of the house if you hadn't dashed back in.
