Topic: Describe a type of exercise that you like to do.(Source)

You should say:
  • What the exercise is
  • When you do it
  • Where you do it
Explain why you like this particular exercise.

This is my recording:

It has a good flow to it. However, you do seem to lack confidence in your pronunciation.

I have only listened to it once. You like walking because you can walk and talk at the same time. Also, you like to go for walks with your mom.

Walking is a good exercise. I have found that one of the best exercises is walking up and down stairs. You can get a good workout that way.

I had trouble understanding some of it, but I'll probably do better with that the second time.

However, you do seem to lack confidence in your pronunciation.
Nope. I was forming sentences in my brain so you would find quite often that I seem to stop but I speak again. :ROFLMAO:

I think you mean that you weren't using a script. Instead, you were thinking of what to say on the spot. Sometimes you paused to think about what to say next.

Yes, I did detect a hesitation a couple of times. You were pausing to decide what to say next, right?

"... My mother and I often walk together ... and .. yes ... goo opportunity ..."
Should be " ... this is a good opportunity".
Otherwise, good.

That's the point of the exercise. As explained in several of Maybo's previous posts, they're practising for the spoken part of the IELTS exam. In that exam, you're given a topic (with no warning of what it will be), you have 60 seconds thinking time, then you have to speak for 90-120 seconds on that topic. Consequently, there is no script.
