Hello.

In my mother tongue I often use this idiom as a polite way to ask somebody to do something. Here is the best translation I could think of, 'If it's not difficult, could you please get these reports done by today'.

Is there something similar in English?

"If it's not too much trouble..."
 
Another way to make a polite request -> Do you mind closing the window?
Do you mind helping me with these reports?
or-> If you don't mind, could you please close the window?
