[Question 1]

1) If you will forgive me, I will tell you the truth.
(from an English-Japanese dictionary)
(I take "If you will forgive me" to mean "If you are willing to forgive me".)

Is the following version acceptable?

2) If you'll forgive me, I'll tell you the truth.

[Question 2]

3) If it will help, you can use my iPad tomorrow.
(my original sentence)

Is the following version acceptable?

4) If it'll help, you can use my iPad tomorrow.

[Question 3]

5) If you will eat so much, you can't complain if you get fat.
(from a grammar book for Japanese high school students)

Should I pronounce "will" in its strong form?

Yes, yes, and yes. (But we wouldn't say sentence 5 in American English.)

3) If it will help, you can use my iPad tomorrow.
(my original sentence)
6) I will be happy to lend you my iPad if it will help.

7) I will be happy to lend you my iPad if that will help.

Which is correct? (I think both are possible, but I'm not sure.)

Both 6 and 7 are fine.

(But we wouldn't say sentence 5 in American English.)
Is the following sentence natural in American English?

If you WILL eat so much, it's not surprising you feel ill.

No. That's a British usage which isn't used in the States.
