1. I'll go get our drinks.
2. I'll go to get our drinks.

Which sentence is more correct?

1. is fine informally.

2. would be more natural as 'I'll go and get our drinks'.

*I AM NOT A TEACHER OR NATIVE.*

I've seen both of the forms. But I would choose "1" because structurally only the first one must be correct. Some certain verbs like "prefer", "want" and "like" are followed by an infinitive but many other verbs such as "go" are not.
