My doctor advised me to eat gluten-free food for at least six months when I told her that I wasn't feeling good after eating noodles. Last night I went to a noodle restaurant but ordered rice noodles and my cousin asked me why I didn't eat my favorite noodles. I said "I'm on a gluten-free diet plan now". Please help me with a natural sentence.

You don't need "plan".

I'm on a gluten-free diet for now.
I'm gluten-free at the moment.
I'm off gluten for six months.
The doctor told me to cut out gluten for a while.
Gluten doesn't agree with me at the moment.
