She is impressive.

if not, is there an adjective to describe someone who impresses me a lot?

Do you mean that someone impresses you?
Because in your sentance 'She is impressive'. the meaning is that she is attractive or so.
If you say 'she impressed me', it means that someone surprised (influenced on you) you.
That's how I understand.
