Source: me (I wrote all the sentences)

1) Is sentence C grammatically correct and accurate (does it and the other 3 sentences have the same meaning)?
2) About this part "...overweight or normal in weight...", should I have used 'and' instead of 'or'?
3) I struggle with using comparatives, so please tell me in which sentences did I use them awkwardly and in an ungrammatical way?
