[Grammar] In the end of the week?

Hello, everyone,
is it grammatically correct to say "IN the end of the week'? Or is the variant "AT the end of the week" the only one to be used?

'At the end....' Or "On the weekend" depending on context. (AmE)
 
For me, it can be only 'at'.
