Hi, teachers. Is this completely natural? Is 'in the end' completely natural here? How is it compared to 'at last' and 'eventually'?
 
Yes, it's a natural use of the expression. The other options work equally as well. I don't think any of the three options are necessarily any better than the other two. It's just a matter of personal preference as to which you choose.

I wouldn't use "at last" there.
