[Grammar] Is "Fish live under water." correct or not?

Is "Fish live under water" correct or not? Or We need to say "Fish live in water"? Thanks!

Note my corrections and comments above. Both sentences are grammatically correct but most people would use "in water".
 
Both sentences are grammatical. However, since fish cannot live on or above water, only the second version is natural.
