"The relationship between two countries should have no bearing because of War."








I don't want the sentence to be altered.
 
As you wish ;-) - but it doesn't mean anything. (If you want suggested meaningful wordings, you'll have to tell us what you want it to mean.)

I don't want the sentence to be altered.

If you don't want the sentence to be altered, then there wasn't much point asking if it's correct or not. It's not correct but you don't want to change it so there is nothing we can do.
