I have a question. Is it correct to use this?
"Asking quetion - What is the difference of these two games? AOV and HoN.
Aswer - AOV can play on mobile phone and computer. The other only can on computer."

I'm focus to use "the other" but i have a little confused because AOV and HoN are also MOBA game.

Please note my corrections above. You can use "The other" in that way. I don't know what you mean by "... are also MOBA games". What does "MOBA" mean and why does it make you confused?
 
The text suggests that it is not automatic that a MOBA game can be played on both devices. Their Wikipedia page suggests that HoN was originally developed for multiple platforms, but now is for Microsoft Windows, which might explain why it can't be used on many phones. (Not a gamer)
