Everyone can reach self dreams and I proved it with this video that you don't need to use steroids to get a good shape.

I need more context to make sense of it. As it stands, sounds ok to me.

There is all context, I wrote that sentence for athlete.

That's sticking as close to your words as possible.

Better (in my mind) is: Anyone can achieve their dreams of better fitness. In this video, I show how you can get into great shape, without the use of steroids.

Why my brain can't think well in English as yours?

Because it's the ONLY language I know how to think in?

hi Barb
You did not use past indefinite or present perfect tense in the verb show. I showed or I have showed.
May I know Why?
Or, does the verb have a future meaning?
(sorry for disturbing you)

They haven't viewed the video yet, so he hasn't shown them anything so far.

As they watch it, he will be showing them. They could watch it repeatedly, so the present works.

It could also be "I will show you" -- setting it in the future.

Because it's the ONLY language I know how to think in?

I want to delete my native language lithuanian and then reinstall a new language English. Is it possible nowadays? I hope it is.

It's not possible to change your native language, but it is possible to learn to speak English as well as a native speaker.
