No.
We'd normally say just My school is ...' or 'I go to ... School'. 'The name of my school is ...' is possible.
They are all correct, in speech and in writing. I am not in the habit of suggesting incorrect sentences.I think the third is correct in writing...

Is it correct to write... "My school name is..."?
The school (no comma) which/that/- I attend is named after ..."The school, which I attend named after ..."
It is usually just: "The name of my school is ...", but if your school was founded by a noble person and it carries his or her name then you can say: "The school which I attend is/was named after ..."
