If they dashed it against the wall, then it is more likely to be things that you have 'made' rather than 'done'.
Finally, although the present perfect is possible for 'have done/made', the past simple or past perfect is more likely; that depends on context.
So, a more likely rendering of your sentence is: They dashed everything (that) you (had) made against the wall.
As you are using it, it is fine.I gave them a hand whenever they needed me and I freed my time to them, but in return they dashed all that I had done for them against the wall.
