When you receive an email from a client, is it acceptable to say:
1. This is received.
2. This has been received.
Also, when you authorize or release a payment and you inform your team that this is done, can you say:
1. This is authorized/ released.
2. This has been authorized/ released.
Are both grammatically correct?
