Can you please provide your thoughts on this?

When you receive an email from a client, is it acceptable to say:

1. This is received.
2. This has been received.

Also, when you authorize or release a payment and you inform your team that this is done, can you say:

1. This is authorized/ released.
2. This has been authorized/ released.

Are both grammatically correct?

If you want to know about "Is" or "Has been", why is your title "Is or had been"?

Your suggestions are unnecessarily complicated. Say "I have received your email".
Of your other two sentences, "This has been authorised/released" works.

Don't put a space on either side of a slash mark.
