Education is one of the main sectors in any country around the world. In addition of its impact on raising awareness, high rate of education is fundamental for any country in order to achieve high level of economic growth. For these reason, governments try to do the best to improve their education by support this sector financially. In the United Kingdom, the government set apart of its budget to education sector to support universities and schools also to help students to get a chance to study. In recent years, the UK government has faced deficit in their budget which led to cut education budget by almost forty per cent, however, the government made a decision to raise tuition fees to solve the problem. These tuition fees mean a funding tuition to students who study at universities and they are different from country to another in the United Kingdom. This essay will focus on evaluation the impact that happened to education budget due to the deficit in the UK budget, the decision of raising the tuition fees and what did government did in order to encourage students to go to the universities.

No I just want a definition of tuition fees?? How can I write a definition for that??

They mean the same. You are going to explain why the budget deficit led the government to cutting the education budget, including raising tuition fees (student loans).

It's the money paid by a university/college student in order to study. Sometimes the money is paid up front (at the beginning of the course). Sometimes, they "borrow" the money from the government (a student loan) and have to pay it back at a later date.
