Is this following sentence grammatically correct?

1. When you see my message please cal me back.

2. Which sentence is correct?

"Bye and Take care" or "Bye and take care"

I would put a comma in #1.

1. When you see my message, please call me back.
2. [Good]bye and take care.

Why did you think that "take" should be capitalised?
 
Sorry, but if I say: "When you will see my message, please, call me back." is it correct?
 
1. When you see my message please call me back.

It's a bit odd, because if the recipient sees a message, it's a written one (text or memo), so the sentence should end '...please call me (on the phone).'

You call back in response to a phone or voicemail message.
