Is everything in this sentence correct? Especially the underlined parts.
Here is your debt. But I'm really sorry, it's $50 short. I will give the rest to you next week.

That's not a natural sentence. To be logical it needs to be completely rewritten, "it's $50 short" is fine, as is "the rest" in that context.
 
'Here is part of what I owe you. . . .'

If you owe me money, it is your debt, not mine. So "here is your debt" is incorrect.
