A month ago I went to an English club but I haven't been there for a while. I want to make sure if the host is still hosting that club because I wanted to go there and chat with people, so I texted him by asking him the above question.

Is your English club still meeting?

Is the italic question natural?

Note my corrections above. The question is OK but I'd be more likely to ask "Do you still host that/your English language club on a [day of the week]?"

See above.

Asking if the club still exists isn't the same as asking if that person still hosts it. He might have given up hosting it but it could still be running.

That's right, but the OP's interest was in the club itself, not so much the host.
... because I wanted to go there and chat with people

The question in italics was about the club but the introductory paragraph said he wanted to make sure the host is still hosting it.
