2. It is dangerous that a woman walks alone at night in this town.
Here, S. 2. is incorrect. We don't say in that sentence structure.
3. It is impossible for you to look after the child.
4. It is impossible that you look after the child.
Here, at first I thought that maybe the stressed word changes the meaning. but after some searching I found that we use some adj. only with to-infinitive when we want to express a feeling or opinion; and 'impossible' is one of them. Hence S. 3. is correct
